  • Build from scratch + lead a team to successfully develop a global, comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy for complex B2B sales.
  • Cover all aspects of demand generation, including marketing programs/campaigns, marketing operations, digital marketing, and field marketing.
  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns; build repeatable marketing playbooks and systems that can be measured, constantly iterated, and scaled.
  • Define demand gen KPIs and create marketing dashboards to align with team and executives on performance and return on investment.
  • Define and build COMPANY brand globally.
  • Continue to develop and refine COMPANY and platform value prop by segment and geography.
  • Partner with Prodcut Management to develop and maintain strategic and tactical pricing approaches for all products in all segments/geographies.
  • Develop and maintain content-driven sales materials, (sell sheets, value prop) and localize by region where necessary.
  • Ensure COMPANY is represented at key trade shows/conferences globally (as part of lead generation, branding, and awareness activities).
  • Fully engage/nurture Customer Advisory Board and use as a strategic tool.
  • Develop and maintain a compelling set of selling tools (technical, competitive, scientific, advisory, value prop, workflow, etc.) to maximize the impact of the sales team.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and teams to develop and activate account and outbound strategies. 
  • Own all paid and earned media including SEM and paid Social channels; implement SEO strategies to increase qualified organic search.
  • Scale existing inbound marketing efforts by partnering closely with the content marketing team and optimizing website performance.
  • Set a tone of high standards, customer obsession, disciplined decision making, and as someone who just gets stuff done.


  • Extensive demand generation experience in B2B and B2C, with expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive lead generation and brand amplification.
  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Equally comfortable with data-driven/analytic and creative aspects of marketing/demand generation.
  • Working experience with a robust Martech stack including software such as Marketo, Engagio, Outreach, Drift, and others.
  • Ability to develop and optimize marketing strategies across key channels: SEO/SEM, paid social, email, owned web media properties, and third-party partners
