The Marketing Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting lead generation and MQL-SQL conversion through research, lead mining, lead generation, prequalification, personal outreach/connection, lead qualification, enhanced and expedited lead conversion.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Inside sales support
• Utilize tools for data mining: lead research, lead generation
• First touch and key contact for personalized lead evaluation
• Review lead needs assessment on prospect fit
• Pitch RMB product/service fitness for routine use (lead prequalification phase)
• Database Lead Gen Import Process: Data Mining Lead Import
• Cold calling: Initiate technical conversation with leads
• Enhances the MQL-SQL conversion process
• Expedites lead to contact conversion
• Lead nurturing (lead qualification phase)
• Effective and detailed communication with Sales and Key Accounts Specialists
• Support brand awareness

Qualification and Education requirements:
Preferably BioPharma / Life Sciences industry experience
2-4 years career work experience
Bachelor’s degree

Software Skills:
SalesForce.com active user-level (or other comparable CRM)
Pardot / Engage management-level
Advanced in MS software (Teams, ShareFile, Outlook, Excel)
Smartsheet software tools
